Who it's for

Built for vendors who need to reach new practices first.

Medical Billing Services

New practices need a biller from day one. Get there before they've signed anyone.

EHR & Practice Management Vendors

A new practice without a system is your best prospect. Reach them in week one.

Medical Equipment & Supply Reps

New practices are outfitting from scratch. Timing is the entire advantage.

Brokers, CPAs & Bankers

Malpractice, benefits, business accounts — new practices need all of it, immediately.

A new practice picks its core vendors in the first 90 days. This is how you get there first.

Questions

FAQ

Where does the data come from?
The federal NPPES registry — the official national database every U.S. healthcare provider must register in. Public record. We pull it weekly and filter it to just the new practices in your niche.
How fresh is it?
Updated weekly. You see practices that registered in the last seven days.
How accurate are the addresses and phones?
Straight from each provider's federal registration. Most are complete; we flag PO boxes and billing-service addresses so you can judge.
How do I reach the decision-maker?
Every record includes the practice's legal owner (the NPPES "authorized official") — their name, title, and a direct phone number, separate from the main practice line. Where a provider has published a secure Direct messaging address, we include that too.
What does the Medicare status tell me?
We check each new practice against the CMS Medicare enrollment file. "Not enrolled" means they haven't set up Medicare billing yet — usually your strongest signal that they still need a billing partner. That feeds the Hot/Warm priority score on every row.
Do you include marketing emails?
The federal registry doesn't publish general marketing emails, so we don't promise them. You get the owner's name, title, and direct phone — plus a secure Direct address when one is on file. Broader email enrichment is on the roadmap.
What if it's not worth it? Is there a guarantee?
Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee. Subscribe, get a few weeks of lists, work the leads. If it doesn't pay for itself, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions. The risk is entirely on us.
NPPES is public — why can't I just pull this myself?
You can. But the raw weekly NPPES file is a 6 MB dump of every provider change in the country, mixed with updates to existing records. Pulling out only the genuinely new Texas behavioral health practices, cross-referencing each against the Medicare enrollment database, identifying the decision-maker, and scoring them takes real work every single week. We do that for you for less than the cost of an hour of your time per month.
How many leads should I expect each week?
Typically 100–130 new behavioral health practices and providers across Texas per week. It varies — some weeks more, some fewer — but you're getting every new one, not a sampled subset. Over a month that's roughly 400–500 fresh, exclusive prospects.
Is it legal to contact these practices?
The data is FOIA-public and commercially usable — we can sell it and you can use it. When you reach out, standard B2B marketing rules apply (CAN-SPAM for email, TCPA for calls/texts). You're responsible for compliance on your end, same as with any lead list. These are businesses, not patients — no PHI is involved.
Will this list be sold to all my competitors?
We keep the subscriber base deliberately small per niche so the leads stay valuable. The whole point is reaching new practices first — that doesn't work if we sell the same list to fifty people. Founding members lock in both the price and their spot.
Can I get a different specialty or state?
Yes. Email contact@newpracticeleads.com and tell us what you want — regional and national coverage are available on request.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, one click, no questions. And if you cancel inside your first 30 days, you get a full refund on top.
